We aim to promote young and established filmmakers by providing them with an audience, through live screenings and online promotion.
We are a 3 minute film festival accepting films of 3 minutes and under through our dedicated partner Filmfreeway. If you are aged under 18 or between 18-25 or an East Midlands Filmmaker, entry to the festival is free. We also welcome films from the UK and from around the world.
Screening of films will take place on 15th Sept 2019 at various venues across the town of Wirksworth, Derbyshire. The screening will be part of the Wirksworth Festival, an international Arts Festival that is celebrating itself 25th anniversary this year.

We love films so we like to think we know what we're doing, bringing a mix of modern and classic, comedy and drama, a spot of sci-fi and just the odd 'soupçon' of horror. Our goal is to bring you the best that the wonderful world of cinema has to offer. Film has the power to engage and inspire, and open our eyes to new possibilities. We're passionate about the cinema experience, and we work hard to make sure our programme is exciting, engaging and inclusive for all.
